[12:55] <daja77> somebody else took my bag
[13:06] <blindcoder> again?
[13:44] <blindcoder> esden: I've set up pop before smtp, so when you fetch your mails from pallas you have a window of five minutes to send mails
[14:13] <esden> blindcoder: thanks
[14:16] <blindcoder> esden: I can grow the time window if necessary
[14:28] <esden> yes sure but I think 15min is ok ... but still it would be nice if you could enable ssl smtp with authentification ... when you have some spare time

[14:37] <daja77> stf!
[14:37] <stf^rocklinux> hi daja!
[14:37] <daja77> hi, welcome here
[14:42] <stf^rocklinux> thanks
[14:42] <stf^rocklinux> I have a serious problem with glibc 2.3.5
[14:43] <stf^rocklinux> I've just built a crystal target with this glibc
[14:43] <stf^rocklinux> whenever i chroot to the new system, the first program called will hang after execution
[14:43] <stf^rocklinux> leaving the console unusable
[14:46] <daja77> hm strange I installed a crystal on a laptop with glibc-2.3.5 and it is working fine
[14:47] <stf^rocklinux> i tried the patch on submaster
[14:47] <stf^rocklinux> some glibc patches did not apply with it
[14:48] <stf^rocklinux> do you use bash2 or bash3?
[14:48] <daja77> bash2
[14:48] <stf^rocklinux> and gcc34?
[14:48] <stf^rocklinux> me bash3
[14:48] <daja77> yes
[14:49] <stf^rocklinux> did you use a glibc update patch from submaster?
[14:49] <daja77> I used the earlier patches on sm
[14:49] <daja77> iirc
[14:50] <stf^rocklinux> do you have the rock sources you used to build the target still around?
[14:50] <daja77> yes
[14:50] <stf^rocklinux> I'd like to use the very same sources and config to try here.
[14:52] <stf^rocklinux> could you please send me the svn rev. number, the svn diff (or sm patch numbers) and your crystal config via email?
[14:55] <daja77> i created a src tar, could send you this and the config
[14:56] <stf^rocklinux> please, if it fits into my post box :)
[14:56] <daja77> 2mb for the tar.bz2
[14:56] <stf^rocklinux> should be ok
[14:56] <daja77> stf@rock..?

[16:44] <daja77> I saw this once too
