to include patches on ROCK we use SM

directly on the web interface

https://www.rocklinux.net/submaster/smadm.cgi).
please submit changesets, not unrelated stuff. i.e. your fix for
fl_wrapper in one, your fix for fl_stparse in another, etc...
using diff -u to be applied with patch -p0, and a description on top
with the following form:
Your Name:
<tab>* blah
<tab>* blah
<empty line>
that's all :p
if you keep your tree under submaster this is a bit easier :-)
