Hi,
as of rev. 104 of submaster there is a new on-disk format for the local
working copies (version 3). the new on-disk format is using SVM for
mirroring the master repository.
you need to recreate your local working copy using 'sm recreate' after
updating submaster. note that this will remove the download/ directory,
so move it away before running 'sm recreate'.
it is save to upgrade svn to 1.2.0 (without the --duplicate patch) after
upgrading your local SM repositories.

Most of the VAX instructions are in microcode, but HALT and NO-OP are in
hardware for efficiency.
