RFC-2229 compliant dictionary server.

 Dictd implements the Dictionary Server Protocol (DICT). This is a TCP
 transaction based query/response protocol that allows a client to access
 dictionary definitions from a set of natural language dictionary 
 databases. Many bilingual databases are available from the freedict 
 project.
