 libdvbpsi is a simple library designed for decoding and generation of 
 MPEG TS and DVB PSI tables.

 Current features:
  + Program Association Table (PAT), decoder and generator.
  + Program Map Table (PMT), decoder and generator.
  + All MPEG 2 descriptors, decoders and generators.
