an interface for manipulating binary (selinux-)policies

 This archive contains the libsepol library, which provides
 an interface for manipulating binary policies. The core
 checkpolicy logic has been moved into this library so that
 functions for manipulating binary policies can be exported
 to programs like load_policy.
