Our mission is to promote ROCK Linux and its philosophy using any means necessary.

More specifically, we are charged to:

  • Keep ROCK in the news (spam news sites)
  • Talk to people about ROCK (explain why ROCK is different from Red Hat)
  • Gather feedback from users (get flamed)
  • Ensure the public knows where to get ROCK (crash ftp servers)
  • Maintain PR materials (reuse, recycle...)
  • Engage sponsors (beg for money)
  • Help with ROCK events (free beer)

We need all the help we can get. So if you have access to a potential mirror site, ideas for T-shirt designs, a presentation slot at a conference, a cool application that uses ROCK, or just too much money, please let us know.
