[PLA] typo fixes for rev. 4

Hi,

as usual, attached patch/diff fixes all typos I found in svn revision 4. I was careful not to change any meaning of the sentences and only to change what I was sure about. The only part where I was unsure is in pla 2, about CONST 0x01dc0ffe:

[...] this issues that I will discuss in a seperate document.

The question was singular or plural. In the patch I opted for plural (these issues) because I guessed there would be several ;)

I also tried to commit to svn, which resulted in:

I think this is the very same error I got a few weeks ago with SPL. Only this time it didn't go away on second try.
