It does - every 20 minutes or so ...

I currently miss:

$ ./scripts/Download -list-missing
download/lvp/lvp/lvp_0.3.2.tar.bz2
download/tsa/cyrus-sasl2/cyrus-sasl-2.1.17.tar.bz2
