Hi,
it seems to have been forgot (at least by me) but our crontab doesn't allow users to have their own.

this was proposed

and...
<tfing> mnemoc: the debian package does some chgrp'ing in its postinst phase
<tfing> i think we should do the same

the patch doesn't look too safe, but it works.

will we do something?
