[rock-devel] CopyPatch

Hi.

I'd suggest running a Create-CopyPatch over the whole tree. Currently there
are still 792 occurances of '1998 - 2003' in the desc files alone.

Since this might have an impact on a ton of files I suggest clifford to do
that himself before the next patch-apply round.
