Omg how stupid are they? What do you think would be matching this 
patent? BSD's ports or Gentoo's ebuild system or the uclibc buildroot? 
How can they affirm patents which are no intellectual property but in 
fact standard behaviour or common knowledge?

But nevertheless, I dont think that if it comes to civil law processes 
this patent or similar ones will stay for a long time. I think such 
patents are good for image of a company, but not for gaining millions 
of € or $ through collecting fees.
