[rock-devel] More ROCKDoc Spam

Hi list.

There was a second Wiki Spam occurance on ROCKDoc.

First off, thanks to fake for removing the WikiSpam again.

Second: I've added the recent spam domains (47 in number) to the manual
blacklist and sent them upstream to chonqged.org, the blacklist provider.

Also, I've added rel="nofollow" to all outgoing links
