        This is a rather heavy change to solve some boot problems
        (bootdisk freezes after "Freeing unsused kernel ...")

        The problem is "sysenter", which is obviously not supported
        on older i386
(here, a pentium-s, and according to dietfeatures.h,
        it causes also problems on uml)

        -teach diet to handle the environment variable DIETHOME
         (and adapt target/bootdisk/build.sh accrodingly)
        -add a "feature" setup to the dietlibc config
         (compare with dietfeatures.h in the source package)
        -disable sysenter support for bootdisk target unconditionally

        other changes:
        -strip linuxrc
        -MYARCH -> ARCH
