	scripts/Build-Pkg: add creation of :legacy package split;
		use the same suffix for replacements of modified files as 
		'mine' (.GEMnew); fix md5sums/cksums file creation by always
		overwriting those files (except for :legacy splits);
		var/adm/md5sums and var/adm/cksums files have a checksum of
		'X' (treat as always unmodified), and are created after all
		other var/adm/ files.
