        updated hermes to version 1.3.3 and added gcc4 patch

VOTECHECK: Needs a positive vote from (fake), (clifford) or
(stefanp).

(stf) the gcc4 patch leaves symbols undefined in
libHermes.so, causing clanlib06 build to fail :(
(stf) the update seems to be ok, though
