    When W3M is built against GPM compiled according to recommendations of

        NCurses maintainer
(i.e., with the --without-curses configure option),
        W3M fails to link due to the Gpm_Wgetch()
 function missing from the GPM
        library. This patch fixes the issue by adding a substitute for the
   missing function to W3M. After patching, run autoconf to regenerate the

        configure script.
