        disabled gcc4 patch by default, as it causes clanlib06 to fail,
        and add a note to it

(daja77) well only canlib06 and gst-plugins have dependencies on hermes
and I guess in gst-plugins we can disable it, so why bother with this
update when it breaks the only package that really needs it with gcc4?
remember we want to switch to gcc4 ...
