        - update mutt to devel version
(1.5.11), this fixes as segfault
        - place cyrus-sasl2 headers in /usr/include/
sasl, sasl1 headers
          in /usr/include/
sasl1, as required for the mutt build.

VOTECHECK: Needs a positive vote from (tsa).

(fake) the cyrus location change will save us some patches,
watch out for those compile errors complaining about a
missin sasl2 include directory - maybe you just need to
remove a patch.
