Stefan Fiedler:
	experimental fl_wrapper with file descriptor tracking (part 1)
	- can detect file descriptor based file access,
	and whether files were modified between e.g. open() and close()
	calls.
	- also tracks fopen(), fclose(), and fork() calls, among others.
	- can e.g. catch file changes via the touch program in package builds.
	- allows for enabling debug prints at runtime via the FL_WRAPPER_DEBUG
	environment variable.
