Stefan Fiedler:
	2nd-stage-livecd: use zisofs instead of isofs to compress the 2nd-stage image;
		install an init script that automatically creates xorg.conf via grml-x;
		change default runlevel to 5
	initramfs: remove unneeded linuxrc.sh, umount /dev, /proc, /sys before doing a
		chroot in linuxrc.sh
