[rock-user] Some help needed with compiling an Opteron build environment

ok. It's 32-bit kernel. Compiling the kernel results in a bzImage in 
arch/i386/boot, but arch/x86_64/boot has no bzImage.
Where is this switch? I only can set PC-Compatible and the Athlon 
Opteron but not if the resulting kernel should be a 32-bit or 64-bit in 
"make menuconfig". Or do I need to compile the kernel in the 
cross-compile environment?
