[SPL] SPL 0.9a Released

Hi,

I've released SPL 0.9a five minutes ago. It is tagged in subversion and
also can be downloaded as .tar.gz from the webpage:

	http://www.clifford.at/spl/releases/spl-0.9a.tar.gz

I'm not going to make any 'snapshot .tar.gz' anymore. Recent development
can be followed using subversion and I'm going to make regular releases
once in a while (0.9b, 0.9c, ..).

I still want to wait with a "1.0" release. First of all the documentation
needs some proofreading until we can write "1.0" on it and I want to have a
larger tester^Wuserbase before I do a release with a one as first number.

It is easier to change the specification to fit the program than vice versa.
