[STFL] STFL Release 0.8

Hi,

I've now released stfl-0.8. The new release can be downloaded from the
homepage, as usual:

	http://www.clifford.at/stfl/

This release contains some small fixes and the mutex locking as it is
needed by newsbeuter (http://synflood.at/newsbeuter.html).
