gtk-xfce-engine-ren: rename gtk-xfce-engine{-2,2}.

list-existing-fs: in the filesystem creation menu, list
only the filesystems for which an mkfs program exists.

mine-shared-static: build mine and mine.static - a shared
mine is required for 2nd_stage_small to fit.

svgalib-upgrade: 1.9.17 -> 1.9.18.

ter-font-upgrade: 4.03a (beta) -> 4.05 (stable).

xf86-ttf-fixes: don't run fc-cache for ttf/type1 fonts
when building xfree86; call mkttfontdir if applicable and
prefferable when building fonts.dir files (80-xfree86).

*-gcc-3.3: correct the multiline strings rejected by
gcc-3.3. I've got an ACK for zgv and svgalib; xzgv-0.8
has them fixed and may be used instead of the patch.

Everything compiled and tested under -1595, and applies
under -1687. gtk-xfce-engine-ren was tweaked a bit due
to a recent conflicting change (s/gnome-2/gnome-24/).
